Absolutely. We’ve built Hyper School for all students, including ELL students, students with disabilities, neurodivergent learners, ALP students, and homebound students.
Hyper School is open to students in Grades 6–12.
It depends on your state. Hyper School operates through a mix of public charter and private models. In some states, we are approved as a public charter school. In others, we’re accessed through private-school choice programs funded by ESAs or similar funding structures.
We’re launching in 2026 in states where families can use education choice programs, like Education Savings Accounts (ESAs), to fund enrollment in online learning models. Our availability depends on each state’s funding laws, not geography.Sign up for updates, and we’ll notify you when enrollment opens in your state.

Education Savings Accounts (ESAs) are state programs that allow families to use public funds for approved educational expenses — including curriculum, online tuition, and tutoring.
Hyper School is tuition-free for families in states where ESA or school choice funds can be used for virtual or charter schooling. If your state supports this model and your student is eligible, ESA funds can cover your full enrollment.

Each state sets its own rules. ESA programs go by different names, like Empowerment Scholarship Account, Education Freedom Account, or similar. Eligibility can vary by income, ZIP code, learning needs, or prior school enrollment.
